Returns, withdrawal and refunds

Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you, or a person you name (not the carrier), receive the goods, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several parcels, the 14 days start when you receive the last one.

How to withdraw: send us a clear statement by email to eswarmba05313@gmail.com or through our contact form — for example, "I withdraw from my order no. ___". You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to. It is enough to send your notice before the 14 days end.

Sending items back

Please send the items back within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing. We will reply with the return address. Pack items carefully; you only pay for any loss in value caused by handling them more than needed to check them, as you would in a shop.

Who pays return postage: if you simply changed your mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back. If an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we pay all return costs.

Refunds

We refund all payments we received from you, including the original standard delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait until we have received the items back, or you have sent proof that you returned them, whichever comes first. Refunds go to your original payment method at no cost to you.

Hygiene-sealed items

For health and hygiene reasons, beauty, skincare and personal-care products that are delivered sealed cannot be returned after the seal has been opened. Unopened, they can be returned like any other item. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items — 2-year legal guarantee

Under EU consumer law you have a legal guarantee of conformity of at least 2 years from delivery. If something arrives damaged, stops working or is not as described, contact us with your order number (photos help) and we will repair, replace or refund it and cover the return costs. Telling us quickly helps us claim from the carrier, but a late report never removes your legal rights.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item as described above and place a new order.
