Processing time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
Many of our products ship from partner warehouses inside Europe. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Europe (EU): 2-8 business days
- United Kingdom: 4-10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7-20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, public holidays or customs checks.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and the items in your cart. Any free-shipping offers will be shown clearly at checkout.
Multiple packages
Because items may ship from different warehouses, your order may arrive in more than one package at no extra cost.

Orders shipped from outside your country may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Lost or delayed parcels
